Who are wildly well retreats for?

Wildly Well offers soul enriching getaways for travelers who value movement, mindfulness, and community. We offer a mix of co-ed retreats and female only getaways. On average our usual travelers range from late 20s to mid 60s. However, our retreats are open to anyone ages 18 and up. Grab your bestie, partner, mama, grandma all are invited! We are an age positive retreat company. 

What are the booking terms & Cancellation policy?

Payment and Deposit
 In order to reserve your spot on a retreat a $800 deposit is required. Full payment is due 90 days prior to the retreat.

 Refunds and Cancellation
 Our refund policy is as follows:

Trip Changes
 You can change a trip date or destination as long as it is 75 days or more before your original trip’s start date. If you do not rebook a trip immediately you will have a credit that expires in 12 months. If a guest cancels less than 75 days prior to the retreat, only their deposit may be applied towards another retreat. If a guest leaves during the retreat, there will be no refund.

Cancellation & Refunds
All payments are non-refundable should you decide to cancel your booking. We do not offer refunds. If you need to change or cancel your trip and you give us at least 75 days notice, any payments made to Wildly Well Retreats will convert into a credit that you can use within the next 12 months to book another retreat. If a guest cancels less than 75 days prior to the retreat, only their deposit may be applied towards another retreat. If a guest leaves during the retreat, there will be no refund. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance at the time of your booking so you are protected in the event you need to cancel with less than 75 days notice.

Cancellation by Wildly Well
Wildly Well reserves the right to cancel any trip or part of the trip. In this event we will provide retreat credit, which will be valid for two years. If Wildly Well cancels a retreat for any reason, including Force Majeure, Wildly Well is not responsible for loss of funds in association with travel accommodations made by the guest.

How Long is the Average Retreat?

On average our retreats range from 4 nights to 6 nights. We also offer occasional weekend escapes and day retreats. 

What is the Average Size of Wildly Well Retreats?



The size of a Wildly Well retreat varies based on destination and number of teachers on the retreat. On average are retreats range from 10-18 guests.

What types of Movement are Practiced on Retreat?

Movement styles vary from destination & retreat theme. Overall yoga, pilates, and dance are typically our favorite forms of movement. We like to practice modalities that have a mind body connection and strengthen the mind in addition to nourishing our bodies. Morning practices are usually dynamic and energizing, whereas evening is a time to restore the body through gentle flows and yin yoga. 

I’m new to Yoga/Pilates/Meditation. Can I still come?

Yes of course! Our retreats welcome all levels and instructors can offer modifications throughout the classes as well.

What’s Included on a retreat?

What's included varies based on destination. However, in general usually 2x movement sessions a day are offered, meals, accommodation, meditation, and nature excursions 

Do I need travel insurance?

Do I need a Passport?

If you are traveling internationally you will need a passport. Make sure to check that your passport is up to date. Most of the destinations require the passport to have at least 6 months validity upon entry. Also double check that you have pages left to stamp on the passport as well.

Movement is medicine for your mind, body and spirit. We follow the rhythm of nature & engage in energizing morning movement to awaken the body and evening practices to  restore the body. Our favorite ways to move is through mind body practices such as yoga and pilates. We believe movement is a way to honor and celebrate the body.  Get ready to reconnect with your body and rediscover the joy of playful movement.

FOR THE MIND

It's time to quiet the noise. Our body craves movement, but our mind needs stillness. Each of our retreats include meditation & journaling practices to help you refresh your mindset and dip your toes in self discovery. Don't worry you won't have to hold a perfect meditation pose for hours. We are all about balance. Think meditation in a gorgeous field or laying down with your eyes close. If you already have a meditation practice great! If you're new the practice, welcome aboard.

Connect with your inner self, the natural world, and those around you. As humans one of our basic needs is connection. During each Wildly Well Retreat you will enjoy shared experiences with the group ranging from cooking classes in Tuscany to trekking in the French Alps. However, it is really the small moments of connection we live for. Farm-to-table meals, the beauty of falling rain, and  deep, soulful conversations are just a few things that light us up.
