ABOUT THE ROLE
  • Wildly Well Retreats is seeking a Creative Marketing & Admin Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to help promote and sell our life-changing wellness retreats through engaging content creation, social media campaigns, email marketing, and administrative support. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about wellness, marketing, and creative content creation to gain hands-on experience in a growing, mission-driven company.

LOCATION

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Content Creation for Social Media:
  • Develop and curate engaging content for our social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
  • Help create short-form videos, reels, and stories to drive engagement and increase visibility of our retreats.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and assist in implementing creative campaigns that resonate with our community.

COPYWRITING & EMAIL MARKETING
  • Assist with writing compelling copy for email newsletters, promotional campaigns, and retreat descriptions.
  • Help manage email lists, schedule campaigns, and track performance to optimize future communications.
  • Marketing Support:
  • brainstorm, strategize, and execute creative campaigns that drive bookings.
  • Assist with content scheduling, social media engagement, and audience growth initiatives.

ADMIN SUPPORT
  • Help with administrative tasks related to retreat bookings, online listings, client communication, and event coordination.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Creative & Visual Skills: A strong eye for design and aesthetics, with proficiency in photo and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, or similar).

SOCIAL MEDIA SAVVY
  • Familiarity with popular social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest) and trends in wellness, lifestyle, or travel.

STRONG WRITING SKILLS
  • Excellent command of the English language, with the ability to write clear, concise, and engaging copy.

PASSIONATE ABOUT WELLNESS
  • A genuine interest in yoga, pilates, mindfulness, and personal growth is highly desirable.

TEAM PLAYER
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a small, close-knit team.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

TECH-SAVVY
  • Familiar with digital marketing tools (e.g., Flodesk, social media planning services or similar) is a plus.
