Mérida is the capital of the Yucatan and an inspiring city where history, architecture and natural exist in harmony. It is also rated the safest city in all of Mexico. The Yucatan is known as one of the most beautiful regions of Mexico and is home to awe-inspiring cenotes (natural sinkholes believed to be portals to the underworld). Throughout the retreat we will explore the beautiful sites of the region including Chichen Itza, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World). Our home away from home is Hacienda Sac Chich. This luxurious Hacienda is located 30 minutes from the town of Merida and has won countless awards for its modern and colonial architecture. Hacienda Sac Chich has all of the comforts of the modern world, but is steeped in tradition and the legacy of the Yucatán’s Mayan civilization.
To reserve your room a non refundable $800 deposit is required. The remaining balance is collected 90 days prior to the retreat.

KHETANYA HENDERSON
Born and raised in Atlanta, Khetanya’s passion for fitness began during her acting, dancing, and musical career. She became a fitness instructor in New York City, where she discovered the practice of Pilates. Her talent in performing arts eventually led her to Los Angeles, where she continued studio training and worked with several A–list celebrities. She is 700+hrs Classical Comprehensive Pilates, 200Hr RYT, practitioner of sound healing, breath-work and Meditation with over a decade of teaching experience in other modalities.
In 2023, she established KKRU — a comprehensive online and in-person fitness brand. Khetanya’s ‘KRU’, stands for her motto " Keep Reaching Up". She currently offers online class subscriptions, virtual personal training, community-driven Pilates, Yoga, Barre, and more heart beating, sweaty, music driven classes.
Khetanya’s mission is to guide others live a better lifestyle through movement, practice, and self–love.
KATIE MULLEN
Katie is a movement specialist, personal trainer and teacher based in Los Angeles. With a BFA in Dance, she combines a deep understanding of movement with a holistic approach to fitness, offering a balanced and supportive movement practice.
She created The Line in 2020—after five years of experience as a group fitness and celebrity trainer in LA. The Line offers a range of classes, blending elements of dance, Pilates, strength and functional movement. Her classes are music driven and integrate breath, resistance, opposition & grounding to create a dynamic and mindful workout experience.
Katie currently teaches movement and breathwork for Open, a mindfulness studio—both online to a global community and in person in Venice, CA.

AIRFARE & ARRIVAL
The most convenient way to get to Mérida is to fly into Mérida International Airport (MID), which is close to downtown and has a large number of direct domestic and international flights. Cancun International airport (CUN) is another option and is 3.5 away. Although Cancun is farther away it may have a lot more flight options.
Transportation from Merida Airport (45 minute drive) or Cancun Airport (3.5 hour drive) can be arranged for an additional cost. Check in is at 3:30pm on March 19th. You can email us at hello@wildlywellretreats.com if you would like to reserve your transportation.

In order to reserve your spot on a retreat a $800 deposit is required. Full payment is due 90 days prior to the retreat.
Refunds and Cancellation
Our refund policy is as follows:
Trip Changes
You can change a trip date or destination as long as it is 75 days or more before your original trip’s start date. If you do not rebook a trip immediately you will have a credit that expires in 12 months. If a guest cancels less than 75 days prior to the retreat, only their deposit may be applied towards another retreat. If a guest leaves during the retreat, there will be no refund.
Cancellation & Refunds
All payments are non-refundable should you decide to cancel your booking. We do not offer refunds. If you need to change or cancel your trip and you give us at least 75 days notice, any payments made to Wildly Well Retreats will convert into a credit that you can use within the next 12 months to book another retreat. If a guest cancels less than 75 days prior to the retreat, only their deposit may be applied towards another retreat. If a guest leaves during the retreat, there will be no refund. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance at the time of your booking so you are protected in the event you need to cancel with less than 75 days notice.
Cancellation by Wildly Well
Wildly Well reserves the right to cancel any trip or part of the trip. In this event we will provide retreat credit, which will be valid for two years. If Wildly Well cancels a retreat for any reason, including Force Majeure, Wildly Well is not responsible for loss of funds in association with travel accommodations made by the guest.

YES! Both males and females are welcome to join. For those that travel solo but wish to share a room with another retreat guest, you will be paired up with someone with same gender.
March is dry season in Merida and you can expect sunshine, heat, and humidity. Temperatures are typically in the 80s throughout the month of March. Make sure to pack light weight and breathable clothing and of course a swim suit to cool off in the cenotes and swimming pool.
There is SO much to do in Merida! You can indulge at spa, attend a cooking class, book a massage and explore sacred ruins.
