LEXI RODRIGUEZ
Lexi Rodriguez is a certified Wellness Practitioner dedicated to guiding individuals back to wholeness by supporting them in connecting with their body, mind, and spirit. With over a decade of experience, Lexi specializes in helping people resolve trauma, strengthen their nervous system, and in turn create the life they've always been worthy of.
Her diverse training includes certifications in Vinyasa Yoga, Classical & Contemporary Pilates, Somatic Experiencing, Breathwork, Meditation, and Reiki energy healing. A big part of her healing work centers around expression and creativity, offering poetic therapy workshops as a powerful tool for healing & transformation.
Lexi’s approach is deeply rooted in ancient pranayama breathwork, Vedic mantra meditation, and somatic practices. Through retreats, workshops, and private sessions, she holds space for deep transformation and healing
JADE TUDINO
Jade has over 9 years of experience in the promotion of fitness, wellness and spiritual development. She entered the fitness industry at 19 years of age as strength and conditioning coach for elite athletes. After realizing the importance of mind, body and soul she continued to expand her knowledge. She completed 250 hours of YTT training in Costa Rica and with over 1000 teaching hours she has been sharing her practices internationally. As a result of Yoga, she transitioned into a more spiritual lifestyle and found her passion with music therapy.
Jade has led over 300 Sound Healing Ceremonies and continues to teach others how to harmonize the mind, body and soul allowing for a more energetically aligned life.

Payment and Deposit
In order to reserve your spot on a retreat a $800 deposit is required. Full payment is due 90 days prior to the retreat.
Refunds and Cancellation
Our refund policy is as follows:
Trip Changes
You can change a trip date or destination as long as it is 75 days or more before your original trip’s start date. If you do not rebook a trip immediately you will have a credit that expires in 12 months. If a guest cancels less than 75 days prior to the retreat, only their deposit may be applied towards another retreat. If a guest leaves during the retreat, there will be no refund.
Cancellation & Refunds
All payments are non-refundable should you decide to cancel your booking. We do not offer refunds. If you need to change or cancel your trip and you give us at least 75 days notice, any payments made to Wildly Well Retreats will convert into a credit that you can use within the next 12 months to book another retreat. If a guest cancels less than 75 days prior to the retreat, only their deposit may be applied towards another retreat. If a guest leaves during the retreat, there will be no refund. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance at the time of your booking so you are protected in the event you need to cancel with less than 75 days notice.
Cancellation by Wildly Well
Wildly Well reserves the right to cancel any trip or part of the trip. In this event we will provide retreat credit, which will be valid for two years. If Wildly Well cancels a retreat for any reason, including Force Majeure, Wildly Well is not responsible for loss of funds in association with travel accommodations made by the guest.
You are more than welcome to travel solo. In fact we encourage it! However, if you are planning to travel with a friend you can request them as a roommate on retreat and we will do our best to accommodate the request.
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included in the retreat. Blue Osa serves food buffet style so their is a wide arrange of options including plant based meals as well as fish and chicken. Don't let the word "buffet" fool you, the food is AMAZING and a highlight of many guest's time in Costa Rica.

This retreat is hosted during Costa Rica's green season, meaning there might be a mix of sunny days as well as days with tropical rain. The weather brings to life the lush landscape which makes it one of our favorite times to visit.
