This retreat will take place at Nectar Yoga, a beautiful sanctuary 20 mins off the coast of Vancouver on Bowen Island. This quiet sanctuary is nestled into the trees and drenched in the unspoiled feelings that only nature can offer. Enjoy Scandinavian-inspired cottages that were designed with simplistic coziness in mind. Whichever accommodation you choose, the moment you step into your room you know you've entered a safe place to unwind & relax. The yoga shala is a beautiful geodesic dome that is nestled into the trees alongside a babbling creek. The entire experience will fill you with all the grounding and reconnection you seek.

Meet your guides

ARIADNE VICKERS-DAVIS
Ariadne has been teaching yoga instructor in Los Angeles for over 7 years. Her passion is giving people the tools through intelligent sequencing and mindfulness to feel comfortable and connected in their body and mind. While cultivating a space that feels playful, safe, inclusive and allows you to show up exactly as you are. Her hope is that you will feel challenged yet joyful.

She received her 200 hour from LL studios, she is also FRC (Functional Range Conditioning) certified and is a self-proclaimed queen of spicy yoga. 

MEGAN KENSON
Megan is a passionate student of body, mind, and energy. She offers a space to just be, an opportunity for sincere presence. From this place, there is an invitation to explore investigation and insight, deep feeling, and authentic connection.

She shares teachings of Yoga (Hatha, Vinyasa, Kundalini, Restorative), Classical Pilates, Sound Ceremony, and Meditation. Megan trained in many forms of dance since she was young and loved performing contemporary dance professionally for many years. She began her teaching journey at 15 years old and has continued sharing teachings that inspire her since. She is also passionate about guiding heart-opening cacao ceremonies. 

Some of her studies and certifications include a UCLA Dance World Arts,, Golden Bridge Yoga Kundalini TT, Forest Path Sound Ceremony, Pilates Technique, Power Yoga Alliance TT, Thai Yoga Massage Bodywork.

How Do I Sign up for the Retreat?

What is the deposit, booking, cancellation & Refund policy?

Payment and Deposit
 In order to reserve your spot on a retreat a $800 deposit is required. Full payment is due 90 days prior to the retreat.

 Refunds and Cancellation
 Our refund policy is as follows:

Trip Changes
 You can change a trip date or destination as long as it is 75 days or more before your original trip’s start date. If you do not rebook a trip immediately you will have a credit that expires in 12 months. If a guest cancels less than 75 days prior to the retreat, only their deposit may be applied towards another retreat. If a guest leaves during the retreat, there will be no refund.

Cancellation & Refunds
All payments are non-refundable should you decide to cancel your booking. We do not offer refunds. If you need to change or cancel your trip and you give us at least 75 days notice, any payments made to Wildly Well Retreats will convert into a credit that you can use within the next 12 months to book another retreat. If a guest cancels less than 75 days prior to the retreat, only their deposit may be applied towards another retreat. If a guest leaves during the retreat, there will be no refund. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance at the time of your booking so you are protected in the event you need to cancel with less than 75 days notice.

Cancellation by Wildly Well
Wildly Well reserves the right to cancel any trip or part of the trip. In this event we will provide retreat credit, which will be valid for two years. If Wildly Well cancels a retreat for any reason, including Force Majeure, Wildly Well is not responsible for loss of funds in association with travel accommodations made by the guest.

Can I travel Solo? Can I share a room with Someone?

Yes of course! In fact we encourage you to come alone. 

What Food is Served on Retreat?

Daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served on retreat. Meals are plant based and made in a meat + fish free facility.  If you have any dietary restrictions please let us know prior to retreat. You can email us at hello@wildlywellretreats.com

Can you accommodate for Vegan or Vegetarian Diets?

Meals are plant based so you are in luck! However, please let us know any dietary restrictions you have upon booking. You can email us at hello@wildlywellretreats.com.

Is there Wifi?

There is wifi in the main lodge, the Onyx Lodge, however it doesn't reach every room. We encourage you to disconnect to reconnect. However, if you need to use wifi you can always head into the communal lodge area. 

I’m new to Yoga/Pilates/meditation. Will I be welcome?

Yes! All levels are welcome

How many guests will be on retreat?

Around 12 guests are expected to attend this retreat. 

What is the weather like? What Should I pack?

Weather can be a little chilly in Bowen Island in May. Make sure to pack warm layers, a rain jacket, shoes for forest walks, yoga clothes, and a bathing suit to enjoy the hot tub. Umbrellas are supplied through the retreat center as well as soap, shampoo, and conditioner.

What are additional excursions I can enjoy while on Retreat?

Some ways you can enrich your trip include booking a massage, tarot reading, natal reading, renting an ebike, kayaking, or hiking on nearby trails.
