ABOUT THE ROLE
  •  We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Representative to join our team and help sell our transformative retreats while increasing brand visibility. This is a commission-based part-time position, providing you with the opportunity to earn based on your success in signing up participants for our retreats. If you are a go-getter with a strong sales background and a love for wellness, we want to hear from you!

LOCATION
  • Remote 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Drive sales by promoting and selling our wellness retreats to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and aligning them with our offerings.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and presentations.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in travel or wellness
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and capable of managing the full sales cycle with minimal supervision.
  • Passion for wellness, mental health, and personal development.
